How do I apply with Touch Point?

To apply to Touch Point you must complete an application and interview with a recruiter.  We accept applicants and interview on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00-11:00AM and 2:00-4:00 PM.  Please bring two valid forms of identification.

What is considered a valid form of identification?

What are the next steps after registering with Touch Point?

Upon completion of your registration with Touch Point, you should be calling in to  leave your availability 2 times a week and give your name, phone number, and shifts you would be available to work.  Our recruiters refer to the availability line as positions open.

How do I know about open positions?

We post our open positions to our website on the Job Openings tab and on our Facebook and Twitter pages.  If you see a position you are interested in, you can apply with us on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00-11:00 AM and 2:00-4:00 PM.  Please bring two valid forms of identification.

How should I dress for my interview?

All applicants should adhere to this dress code policy when coming to apply for employment.  Industrial Applicants should have a clean, neat appearance.  Jeans and T-shirt are fine (T-shirt must have no inappropriate comments or graphics).  Clerical applicants should dress in business attire.  You will be turned away if you are wearing halter tops, spaghetti strap shirts, hats, sunglasses, pajamas, shorts or bathing suits.  Undergarments should not be showing and pants should fitted and/or belted.

What is your policy on criminal background checks?

Touch Point follows the protocol for each specific job site.  The majority of our positions are temp-to-hire and therefore need to be in compliance with the job site’s policies.
